Album Info:Caboose 21033 - New York Central N7B Caboose 21000 to 21099. There were 100 of this class built by the NYC Dispatch Shops starting in 1963 as lot 919. The NYC numbers were retained thru the Penn Central, later Conrail, mergers. Acquired in 1987 by Connecticut Central, shipped to the Seaview Railroad in Davisville, Rhode Island for painting, where the 21033 emerged as CCCL 6 along with a leased Seaview Alco S4 #4 for the startup May 26, 1987. The Alco was later returned. The Providence and Worcester Railroad acquired the Connecticut Central on April 21, 1998 with apparently no plans on using the #6, as it never carried a PW reporting mark, though if sold I'm sure it would carry a PW reporting mark for shipping purposes.
